C’est Bon Seasoning

Our History

My parents’ roots are deep in Southwest Louisiana, and you can taste it in every pot. I learned my way around a kitchen before I started kindergarten. My mother would place a chair in front of the stove and instruct me on how to season meats and vegetables, and what mixes with what. She was a good cook, but didn’t enjoy it like my dad.

Now my father, he was an excellent cook with the zeal and soul for his craft. When he prepared something delicious he hit the James Brown slide across the kitchen floor, exclaiming a fervent,”Ahhhhh C’est Bon!” n French, this means “It’s All Good.”

As a result of my parents’ love and guidance, I’ve been creating high quality seasoning for over 45 years. I love the excitement of experimenting with my own creations and seasoning blends. By the time I became an adult, I was sharing my own divine delectables with friends and families for all sorts of occasions.

After years of unyielding requests for my unique seasoning blends, I now present C’est Bon Seasoning.
